Academic study builds the foundation. Working with real records, deadlines, systems and client questions builds judgement. Opportunities may suit people who have completed relevant accounting studies and want to strengthen their practical capability under supervision.
Depending on current work, location, experience and availability, this may involve trainee or contractor arrangements. Every expression of interest is considered individually; submitting the form does not guarantee work, employment, registration or a particular volume of hours.
Supervised development
Work is allocated according to capability and reviewed under Demeter’s professional processes. You are not expected to know everything on day one.
